Who we are
Handmade Kilt is a UK online store. We sell made-to-measure kilts, kilt outfits, jackets, sporrans and Highland accessories for men, women and children, and we deliver free across the UK.
Nothing we sell is mass-produced in standard sizes. Every kilt is cut and stitched after you order, to the waist, hip and length measurements you send us, so it fits the way a kilt should.
What we make
Tartan kilts
Traditional kilts in more than 2,100 clan, family and district tartans.
Kilt outfits
Prince Charlie, Argyll and tweed outfits for weddings, ceilidhs and formal events.
Jackets & sporrans
Highland jackets, waistcoats, sporrans and the accessories to finish the look.
How ordering works
- Find your tartan. Search by surname, clan or district in our Tartan Finder.
- Choose your kilt or outfit and the options you want.
- Send your measurements. Our size guide shows you how, and we are happy to help.
- We make it for you. Standard orders take up to three weeks to make.
- Free tracked UK delivery, usually about a week after dispatch. See Shipping & Delivery.
